You can reach the inside of your teeth with the toothbrush by tilting it vertically and then moving it up and down.

Not only do your teeth need to be brushed to keep your mouth healthy you also need to floss everyday. This will remove particles of food, plaque and bacteria that your toothbrush can’t reach. It also removes any bacteria that may have traveled under the line of your gums.

In addition to daily tooth brushing, seeing a dentist every six months will help ensure that your teeth stay clean and healthy. Using FDA approved toothpaste and eating a healthy, balanced diet will go a long way in helping you care for and maintain your teeth.
