3. Chewing Gum Burns Calories and Suppresses Your Appetite
It seems everyone is on a collective mission to lose weight and burn more calories. Every movement you make burns calories. It may seem like a small act, but every calorie burned gets you closer to your weight loss goals. Not only will you be burning through calories, but chewing gum will also aid in suppressing your appetite. The motion of chewing tricks the body into thinking it is getting food and can leave you feeling less hungry. So, you get the fulfilling act of putting something in your mouth and chewing, but without the unwanted calories.
