Appointments | Riverdale Park Dental | Tricia Boyce, DDSDental Appointments

We see patients on an appointment basis and welcome walk-in appointments also. New patients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out new patient forms and verify insurance. Essential information for your visit include:

  • Dental Insurance
  • Photo Identification
  • Previous radiographs (x-rays) and records if available

To assist you with your care we recommend completing Patient Information Forms prior to your appointment. Patient forms may be submitted securely to our office online. You can also print the Patient Information Forms, complete and bring them in when you arrive for your appointment.

We try to see patients on time and request that you extend the same courtesy to us. If you cannot keep and appointment, please notify us immediately. Please try to give us 24 hours notice so that this time may be given to another patient.

Recall Visits

We believe in the benefits of regular preventive care and therefore encourage all of our patients to return for regular dental check-ups and cleanings. We urge patients to make this appointment upon leaving the office. At your Recall Visit, please advise the receptionist of any change in your:

  • Health history and medications
  • Address and phone number
  • Employment and and Dental Insurance

We recognize that emergency situations do arise and we will do everything in our power to respond to your problem as quickly as possible. If an emergency arises while the office is closed, call 301-927-2840. The answering service will promptly forward your message to the dentist.

If an emergency arises while the office is open, please call the office as early as possible. We reserve special times for those patients with emergency needs, and you will be seen as quickly as possible.

Financial Policy

All visits are expected to be paid for at the time of service, unless prior arrangements have been made. Dental insurance is intended to cover some but not all the cost of your dental care. Most plans include co-insurance, a deductible and other expenses which must be paid by the patient at the time of the visit. If you have dental insurance, please bring your plan information with you to your first visit. We will work with you to assure that you receive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled.

For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards.
